Accounts and eligibility

Accounts and purchases are intended for adults such as parents, guardians, caregivers, and educators. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account.

One-time purchases and existing memberships

Shop packs and bundles are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. They do not start a subscription. Purchased packs remain available in your account for repeat downloads unless the purchase is fully refunded. The Complete Learning Bundle includes Letters & Numbers, Colors & Shapes, Family, and Educator packs. Pack of the Month is sold separately as a one-time purchase; future monthly packs are not included.

Existing memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout unless canceled. You may manage, change, or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the option selected in the portal.

License to use printables

Your pack purchase or existing membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use eligible PlayPuppy Kids resources according to the license included with your purchase or plan. Personal and family use is allowed where applicable. Educator Pack resources (including that pack within the Complete Learning Bundle) and existing Educator-plan resources may be used with students or within a classroom as allowed by that plan. Resale, redistribution, file sharing, public posting, sublicensing, or repackaging of PlayPuppy Kids files is prohibited.

Ownership

PlayPuppy Kids resources, branding, artwork, text, and other site content remain the property of PlayPuppy Kids or its licensors except where otherwise stated. Purchasing or downloading a resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or use the site or downloads in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, replace, or update printable resources and website features over time. We may also modify membership offerings or pricing for future billing periods, with notice when required.
